In the morning, visitors may enjoy mate and regional sweets in the vineyard. Afterwards, the recreational activity will start.
The guide will explain the stage of the vine to start working on the pruning, disbudding, shedding or harvest processes. This way, visitors may live at first hand a playful and memorable winemaking experience.
The tour through the winery ends at the cellar, where visitors may taste high-end wines and enjoy some traditional “empanadas criollas” (creole pasties).
